Shellie is a content and social media strategist based between NYC and Miami.
With a passion for storytelling and sharp writing and editing skills, she began her career as a journalist working for lifestyle and entertainment magazines The Hollywood Reporter, American Way, Celebrated Living, and Ocean Drive. There she developed a strong interest in finding new and engaging ways to connect with an online community. This led her to continue her career as a digital marketing strategist for growing fashion companies while remaining a freelance writer.
Today, she is the Social Media Manager for designer women’s footwear and accessories brand Sarah Flint and the former Marketing Coordinator for jewelry and leather goods company Miansai. She has worked for luxury multi-brand retailer The Webster and bespoke bridal boutique Eden Luxe Bridal. When she’s not working or shopping, you can find her at the beach with her pug or at Central Park reading.
